  This Privacy Statement outlines how Shun Shing Engineering Technology (HK) Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a construction engineering company providing electric vehicle (EV) charging services, collects, uses, manages, and protects the personal data or information (“Data”) we may collect from or about you. It applies to all individuals whose Data we handle, whether as a controller or processor, including customers, users of our EV charging services, website visitors, and mobile app users.

  • Other Data necessary for the provision of our services, as requested by us or our partners, contractors, or representatives.

  
  In some cases, we may request optional “Special Data” to enhance or personalize our services, such as:

  • Age, gender, or ethnicity;

  • Details about subscribed services; or
